Jean-Pierre, avec sa vision et le soutien d\u2019une banque, a repris une entreprise en faillite et l’a transform\u00e9e en un acteur cl\u00e9 du secteur. L\u2019entreprise, initialement situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Pal\u00e9zieux-Gare, a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 La L\u00f4che, \u00e0 Puidoux, en 1987 pour faire face \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la demande.<\/p>\n
En 2000, James Carruzzo rejoint l\u2019aventure familiale avec un dipl\u00f4me fra\u00eechement en poche, insufflant un nouvel \u00e9lan.
