Every partner company goes through the same process, in the same order. No exceptions, no shortcuts: until all 4 checks are validated, no quote request is forwarded.

Swiss Commercial Registry extract
We verify that the company is registered in the Swiss Commercial Registry (Zefix), with a valid business ID (IDE), a Swiss headquarters, and a registered activity matching the trade practiced.

VAT registration certificate
The company provides a VAT registration certificate issued by the Swiss Federal Tax Administration. This confirms a real, declared business activity and guarantees compliant invoices for your project.

Liability insurance ≥ CHF 1 million
Each artisan provides a current certificate of professional liability insurance covering at least CHF 1 million per claim. This protects clients in case of damage during or after the work.

Solvency certificate
An extract from the debt enforcement office confirms the company's financial health. Artisans must have no open debt collections or recent certificates of shortfall.

Social contributions up to date
Certificate issued by the AVS compensation fund and/or pension fund proving the company is current on its social contribution payments. Guarantees that employees are properly declared.
